Kesime help for the iOS portrait studio
Write to quanaxcqc356@outlook.com. Include your iOS version and a short description of what you tapped. We do not need your portrait attached unless you choose to send one.
What Kesime does
Kesime places a portrait into a retro scene still, then — if you want — gives that still quiet motion. There is no account. Pieces you keep, plus notes and voice memos, stay in the library on this phone.
Credits
- A scene still uses 100 credits.
- Quiet motion from a still uses 300 credits.
- Buy credits in the wallet through Apple In-App Purchase.
- If a step fails and the app records the failure, that step’s credits come back.
- Refunds for a purchase go through Apple, not through a Kesime cash refund. Start at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Permissions
- Photos / Camera — only to pick or take the portrait for a scene.
- Microphone — only to record a voice memo on a piece. That memo is not sent to generate.
- If a permission is off, open iOS Settings → Kesime and turn it on, then return to the app.
Saving a still or video
On a piece, tap Save photo or Save video. iOS opens the share sheet. Choose Save Image or Save Video (or another destination). Kesime does not write into Photos in the background.
Library looks empty
The library lives in this app’s sandbox on the phone. Deleting the app, using Clear Data, or moving to a new device without copies you saved yourself will remove those files. Credits also live on the device unless restored through Apple’s purchase history where applicable.
Generation looks wrong
- Use a clear, well-lit portrait. One person in frame works best.
- On Generate, try Face first if the still drifted too far from the photo, or Scene first if you want more of the room.
- Motion keeps the still you already have. It should not invent new objects. If it does, contact us with the time of the request.
Voice memo
Open a piece → Voice note → Record. Stop to keep it. Play or delete from the same row. Audio stays on the phone with that piece.
Clear Data
Settings → Clear Data removes vault files, the profile photo, display name, and the credit balance on this device. It cannot be undone. You will see the welcome screen again.
Tracking prompt
iOS may ask whether Kesime may track. Either answer still lets you generate. Change it later under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
